1. Get Comfortable

2. Close Eyes

3. Repeat Mantra of choice such as So Hum or I Am 15 to 30 min a day twice a day for even more joy! Even 1 to 5 minutes of just listening to your breath will bring a change. Especially first thing in the am.  Do what you can when you can. And build on it. 


Then live your life like you mean it! And watch miracles flow like water.
